About / ParkReady by klepZ
Better timing.
Clearer context.
What it does
The planner compares consecutive four-hour windows using hourly temperature, rain probability, wind and daylight. It adjusts the balance for hiking, scenic drives, family days and photography, then shows the inputs behind its recommendation.
Where the data comes from
Weather forecasts and active weather alerts come from the U.S. National Weather Service. Park notices come from the National Park Service. Sunrise and sunset data comes from Sunrise-Sunset.org. Each result links back to official sources.
What it cannot tell you
ParkReady does not know your experience, equipment, route, health or the conditions on a particular trail. It is not a safety service and its score is not a declaration that an activity is safe. Recheck official conditions and follow ranger guidance before leaving.
Why klepZ built it
klepZ makes focused public-data tools that turn scattered information into useful decisions. ParkReady is an independent project and is not affiliated with the National Park Service or National Weather Service.
